Introduction
TPOS COL is a billing record management app designed for ISP (Internet Service Provider) collectors. This app is part of the TPOS subscription-based software platform. This Privacy Policy explains how the app works and how data is handled.
What This App Does
TPOS COL is a record-keeping tool only. It allows ISP collectors to:
- View their assigned customers
- Record payment collections
- Generate payment receipts
- Sync records with the ISP owner’s web portal
This app is NOT a payment processing service. It only stores billing records.
Data Ownership
- All data belongs to the ISP owner who subscribes to TPOS
- The ISP owner manages all data through their web portal
- The ISP owner can view, edit, and delete all records at any time
- If the ISP owner deletes data, it is permanently removed
What We Do NOT Collect
We do NOT:
- Collect any personal data for ourselves
- Store any logs or analytics
- Track user behavior or location
- Sell or share any data with third parties
- Use any data for marketing or advertising
- Access any data outside of the ISP owner’s account
How Data Is Stored
- All records are stored on secure cloud servers
- Data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections
- Login credentials are securely hashed
- The app stores temporary offline data on the device which is synced and removed once connectivity is restored
- All data is accessible only to the ISP owner and their authorized collectors
Account Management
- Collector accounts are created and managed by the ISP owner
- The ISP owner controls all access to the system
- The ISP owner can block or remove any collector account
Children’s Privacy
This app is not intended for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
